1. Please note that it will normally take 15-18 business days to tailor your wedding dress, it might be more or less, depends on individual dress style and order quantity. And then 3-4 business days for international shipment.
2. If you need the dress before a particular date, please kindly specify it in the 'Order Special Instruction' area when checking out.
3. If there is a rush order, we strongly suggest you to contact us before place order, to avoid in-executable order.
* The wedding dresses which titled with "In Stock" or labelled as "READY TO SHIP" are already made and could be sent out in 3-5 days after order payment cleared.

Return & Exchange

Thank you! The dress arrived 2 weeks earlier than I expected and I loved it. It just needed a some ironing when I unwrapped it. I'm pretty big and I was 2 months pregnant on the wedding day, but the dress worked really figure flattering and looked great without feeling too tight.

I ordered this on 1/23/2019 and it got here on 2/22/2019, which is definitely not bad considering I had it tailor made. The only issue I have is that the bust is way too big. I don't know if I lost weight, measured it wrong, or if it was manufactured wrong. My aunt is going to fix it for me! And the other thing I didn't like was the bra part in the back; it keeps coming above the back of the dress and is unsightly. Over all, I love my dress, the shipping speed, and customer service. Thank you so much!

This dress is absolutely gorgeous in hand. I had mine custom and it was exact. I Highly recommend this dress, you will not be disappointed. To make things even better, my order was shipped before the scheduled delivery date.
